Finding and Booking Parking
Enter Your Destination
Start by entering your destination in the search bar on the Parksby homepage or app. You can search by address, landmark, or area.
Compare Parking Options
Browse through the available parking spaces. Compare them based on location, price, and amenities to find the one that best suits your needs.
Book Instantly
Once you've selected a parking space, proceed to book it instantly through our secure payment system. You'll receive a confirmation with all the details.
Park and Pay with Ease
Follow the directions provided in the confirmation to reach your parking spot. Park your vehicle and enjoy a hassle-free experience. Payments are handled automatically through our system.
Renting Out Your Parking Space
List Your Space
Create an account on Parksby and list your parking space by providing details such as location, availability, and price. Add photos to make your listing more attractive.
Set Your Terms
Specify the terms for renting out your space, including the price, availability, and any special instructions for the renters.
Connect with Renters
Once your space is listed, drivers looking for parking will be able to find and book your space. You will be notified of any bookings and can manage them through your Parksby account.
Earn Money
Receive payments directly to your account Two (2) business days after the booking payment. Enjoy the extra income while helping drivers find convenient parking.
Spaces dashboard
Spaces is Parksby's web dashboard for parking owners and site operators. After you create a listing, you sign in here (not only in the mobile app) to run day-to-day operations: edit listings, set availability, see bookings, and track payouts in one place.
You can think of it as the "back office" for the spaces you share on Parksby—whether you have one bay or a whole site with gates and cameras.
