Finding and booking parking
Search where you're going
Type an address, a landmark or an area. Set how long you're staying — Parksby works out what each car park will cost for that stay.
See how full it is
Each car park shows Open, Busy, Nearly full or Full — live where available — with how recent the update is. Where nobody has told us recently, it says so.
Compare and choose
Car parks and private spaces are ranked by the chance of a space, the price for your stay and the walk. Turn on Chargers to see EV charging points too.
Book — or just go
Book and pay in the app with M-PESA or card, get a confirmation and directions — or just navigate there. Tap “Alert me before parking here fills” to be told when to leave.
Tell the next driver
Tap “Update this place”: how full it is, a problem such as a broken barrier or a closure, a photo, or a new price. It earns you points and keeps the map honest.
Sharing your parking
List your space — free
Add it in the Spaces dashboard: where it is, photos, and anything drivers should know. A driveway, an office car park or a whole garage.
Set your price and times
Choose what to charge and when your space is free — by the hour, the day, the week or the month.
Drivers find and book it
Drivers nearby see your space in the app and book it. You're notified of every booking and manage them in Spaces.
Get paid
Payouts reach M-PESA or your bank 2 business days after each booking.
Run a whole car park?
Connect the barrier, cameras or counters you already run in Spaces (how it works): drivers see how full you are, and Parksby bookings get through your gate.

Spaces is where parking owners and operators manage their car parks on Parksby, on the web: edit listings and prices, see bookings and payouts, reply to reviews, and see how drivers find you — views, directions and saves.
Whether you have one bay or a whole site, it's your shopfront on Parksby. If your car park has gates, connect them there so drivers see how full you are and Parksby bookings get through.
